We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Trainer to join our Techno Commercial Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct beauty training programs for new and existing staff.
• Assess trainees and monitor their progress.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Ensure staff follow company standards and service procedures.
• Assist in developing training materials and skill development programs.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Previous training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of modern beauty treatments, products, and customer service.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Willingness to travel to company branches when required.
