Mixologist / Tea Sommelier

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused Mixologist / Tea Sommelier to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of tea-based beverages, signature cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Create innovative tea-infused beverage recipes that showcase premium Ceylon tea.
• Deliver engaging tea appreciation and beverage experiences for guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure the bar and beverage preparation area remain clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
• Keep up to date with beverage trends, mixology techniques, and tea innovations.
• Support promotional events, seasonal beverage launches, and tasting sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Barista, Tea Sommelier, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Passion for tea, mixology, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative beverage concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A qualification or certification in Mixology, Bartending, Hospitality, or Tea is an advantaged added.
