Invoicing Executive
Diamond Best Food (PVT) LTD is a fast-growing and dynamic FMCG company driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering quality products to customers across Sri Lanka. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Logistics & Warehouse professional to lead and optimize our logistics and distribution functions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Executive to manage our day-to-day billing operations. You will ensure that all sales and services are accurately billed, recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- Education: G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce.
- Software Skills: Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices.
- Data Verification: Check prices, quantities, and client data to ensure total billing accuracy.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on pending payments, and help reconcile accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clear and organized digital and physical financial files.
