Key Requirements
- Successful completion of NVQ Level 3/4, City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience with leading automobile brands is advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software.
- A strong understanding of collision repair technology and the automotive refinishing.
- Experience in handling insurance claims and managing post-repair processes efficiently.
- Flexible, team-oriented and customer-focused.
