Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive body shop is mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle body components, repair processes, painting, and estimating.
• Ability to inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and coordinate repair tasks with technicians.
• Experience in handling job cards, repair updates, cost estimates, and customer follow-ups.
• Familiarity with service systems and insurance claim handling is an added advantage.
