Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Process and confirm reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update reservation records in the hotel management system.
  • Collaborate with the front office and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions to guests.
  • Handle guest queries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Monitor room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
