Key Responsibilities
- Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process and confirm reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update reservation records in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with the front office and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions to guests.
- Handle guest queries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
