Role Summary: We are developing our Hikkaduwa property into a boutique high-end hospitality destination and are seeking a qualified, innovative, experienced, and hands-on manager to lead the business. The role carries full responsibility for A-Z operations, profitability, guest experience, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and strong profitability.
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, lead, and manage the hotel team.
• Increase occupancy and bottom line.
• Manage OTAs and travel agents.
• Increase direct bookings and repeat business.
• Develop guest experiences, packages, and promotions.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and monthly performance updates.
• Work closely with ownership to continuously improve the business.

Required

• Minimum 5-7 years of hotel/boutique villa experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a senior management role.
• Boutique hotel, luxury villa, or resort experience preferred.
• Ayurveda, wellness, or retreat experience is an added advantage.
• Strategic approach to cost control and profitability.
• Involvement in managing OTAs and agents.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
