Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and development to achieve branch targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve high performance
• Manage branch financials, budgeting and reporting
• Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements/Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior executive or managerial role within the financial sector
• Proven leadership, sales and customer service capabilities
• Fluent in Sinhala and English; computer proficiency in Tamil will be an advantage
