An Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in Credit, Recovery and Deposits at a reputed financial institution will be considered an added advantage.
- An excellent working knowledge of Leasing & Hire Purchase.
- The fluency in Tamil, Sinhala & English communication skills.
