Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, consumer electronics or technology sales, including team leadership.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, customer relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and retail operations expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
• Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or a related discipline will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance, profitability and management of the branch.
• Drive showroom sales by coaching and developing the sales team.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and consistently high showroom standards.
• Manage inventory, stock ageing and replenishment.
• Maintain healthy debtor levels and ensure timely collections.
• Build strong relationships with Retail, SME, and repeat customers.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, activations and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor branch KPIs and submit timely operational and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards and operational procedures.
