BRANCH MANAGER – DAMBULLA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to effectively run branch operations.
• Oversee all activities related to sales, marketing, and technical services within the regional branches and distributor network.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and norms set by the company.
• Promote revenue growth, profitability, and organizational development.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations to achieve the corporate objectives of the SBUs and the Group.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar capacity within industries related to Industrial & Engineering, particularly in electronics and electrical appliances.
• Marketing Management qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are residing close proximity to Dambulla, Kurunegala, Galewala & Matale.
• Knowledge of finance and accounts will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy is essential.
