We are a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company committed to delivering exceptional supply chain solutions for over 13 years. We are looking for an experienced and Target driven Branch Manager to lead our newly opening Dankotuwa Branch.

The Job Role

• Present, promote and sell freight and logistics services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in the area.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Managing a Sales team and taking overall responsibility of branch.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon individual & team sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
• Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills.
• Minimum 04 years of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.
• Effective team management & leadership skills.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing / Customer Service would be added advantage.

Selected candidates will be placed at Colombo Head Office for 02 months.
