With a strong reputation for service excellence and innovation, We are looking for an experienced and Target driven Branch Manager to lead our newly opening Dankotuwa Branch

The Job Role

• Present, promote and sell logistics and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in the area.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Managing a Sales team and taking overall responsibility of branch.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon individual & team sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
• Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills.
• Minimum 04 years of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.
• Effective team management & leadership skills.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing /Customer Service would be added advantage.

Selected candidates will be placed at Colombo Head Office for 02 months.
