Key Responsibilities

• Holding overall accountability for the branch's performance.
• Overseeing strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure the achievement of business goals.
• Driving profitability, managing risks, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or AIB (part qualifications may be considered).
• At least 8 years of executive-level experience in Branch Banking (exposure to trade operations will be an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
