Qualifications
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Diploma in Credit Management – an advantage
- Diploma in Banking / Finance – an advantage
- Qualification in Business / Management – an advantage
- Credit Management qualifications – an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager
- Proven experience in a Microfinance / Finance Company is essential

- Manage the branch portfolio and maintain healthy PAR levels
- Drive loan recovery and collection performance
- Ensure quality credit appraisal and responsible lending
- Achieve branch business and portfolio targets

- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational discipline
