Branch Manager – Kurunegala

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
• Develop and execute sales and demand-generation strategies for growth
• Optimize supply chain operations and monitor performance metrics
• Identify skill gaps and deliver training to enhance team capabilities
• Build relationships with drivers, partners, and cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ year of relevant experience in a business development or related role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Should be residing in or around the Kurunegala area.
