Key Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted business volumes and targets of all lending and investment products.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Evaluate, investigate and recommend credit files within stipulated period.
• Maintain recovery ratios and NPLs in line with Company threshold.
• Ensure smooth operation and general administration activities of branch while adhering to the regulatory framework.

Requirements

• 5 Years experience in a similar capacity.
