Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven leader with a passion for sales and team development to take the lead in driving the success of one of our key branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Drive branch sales and achieve assigned revenue and KPI targets.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate the branch sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the client base.
• Ensure proper branch administration, documentation, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify local market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and prepare branch performance reports.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in branch management, retail management, sales leadership, or plantation/investment sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong administrative, documentation, and basic accounting knowledge.
• Good understanding of local markets and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CRM or sales management systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to perform under pressure.
• Experience in plantation investment products, insurance, or financial services will be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
