Assistant Manager – Branch Transformation

Department: Branch Transformation, Support and Monitoring Department

Job Profile:

• Drive branch transformation and automation initiatives, including the LIME project
• Provide key insights to the finalization of the Detailed Requirements Gathering (DRG)
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and quality
• Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Provide support during live implementations to ensure seamless transitions
• Address and resolve issues during the go-live phase to stabilize operations

Candidate Prerequisites:

• Full or part qualification in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL)
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Branch Operations within a reputable bank or financial institution
• Strong understanding of day-to-day branch functions, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Control would be an added advantage
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
