Key Requirements:

• G.C.E. O/L qualification; A/L will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in transport operations, fleet management, route scheduling, or a related field.
• Qualification in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with good reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily branch transport operations, including vehicle deployment, route scheduling, and driver coordination.
• Monitor fleet operations and ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Handle operational issues and emergencies while ensuring smooth continuity of transport services.
• Maintain accurate transport records, schedules, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, drivers, customers, and relevant external authorities as required.
