What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, digital marketing or a related role (agency or in-house) — this is not an entry-level/ fresher position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD and Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated, hands-on ability to generate content with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Veo, Runway, Kling or equivalent) — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Basic working knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager or equivalent).
- Strong Sinhala and English copywriting ability, with good visual instinct for platform-appropriate content.
- Ability to multitask across creative and marketing workstreams and manage deadlines independently.
- Genuine enthusiasm for growing into a brand management role within iGaming.
- Based in Colombo (hybrid working available).
Nice-to-Haves
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
- Basic UX/UI design skills
- Experience in iGaming, sports or entertainment marketing
- Telegram community management experience
