Role

As an active member of the team, you will be responsible for a range of ongoing projects that give you hands-on operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in optimizing brewing processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Drive results through active participation in key initiatives and support strategic goals within the Brewing department

Requirements

• Recent graduates in Production, Biology, Food Processing, or Chemical Engineering are encouraged to apply
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Lean principles is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
