Production Executive - Brewing

Taking responsibility for the execution of Brewing and Processing operations using Batch Oriented Technology (BOTEC) software
Supervising shift staff and tracking production
Coordinating with Packaging and Engineering to deliver product (Bright Beer), as guided and specified by LBCPLC Quality & Food Safety systems
Managing the computerised production system (from raw material intake to finished product) while ensuring product quality standards and other productivity indicators are met

A BSc Degree in Science, Engineering, or Food Science; Knowledge in ISO Quality Systems, HACCP, Food Safety Systems and other quality management tools will be an advantage
The ability to work on a shift/roster basis
An analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills and the capability to work across multiple functional teams
The flexibility to work under pressure to maintain production consistency
At least two years of experience in a similar position within the food and beverage industry
