IT Executives – Broadband Management

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance of Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Software, and Network Peripherals.
• Maintaining Wi-Fi Network and LAN Network.
• Troubleshooting Network/Computer-related issues.
• Remote and on-site end customer support.
• Purchasing of computer items and maintaining records.
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, distributors and any third parties.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma/National certificate in Computer Hardware/Networking.
• Good understanding of computer-based platforms, networking, Wi-Fi and Internet.
• Good proficiency in English in both oral and written forms.
• Good communication skills.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
