Responsibilities

• Oversee daily broiler flock management, feeding, watering & house environment
• Ensure biosecurity, hygiene, vaccination & SOP compliance
• Manage farm team, welfare & shift scheduling
• Monitor growth rates, feed conversion, mortality & production reports
• Coordinate with feed mill, hatchery & logistics teams

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Animal Science, Poultry, or Agriculture
• 2+ years broiler farm experience
• 1+ year in supervisory role
• Knowledge of broiler management
• Strong leadership, reporting & problem-solving skills
• Willing to work shifts and live on/near farm
