Site Engineer

• Qualifications: NDT, NDES, or HNDE in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction sites.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Total Station instruments; strong knowledge of site management & documentation.
• Requirements: Good command of English, innovative team leader with valid riding licence, male, below 35 years.

Technical Officer

• Qualifications: NCT (Civil) or equivalent with NVQ L4+.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in construction sites.
• Skills: Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Total Station instruments.
• Requirements: Good English proficiency, active team leader with valid riding licence, male, below 30 years.

Quantity Surveyor

• Qualifications: NCT (QS) or equivalent with NVQ L4+.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in construction projects.
• Skills: Competent in AutoCAD and MS Office, strong analytical skills.
• Requirements: English proficiency, female, below 28 years.

Store Keeper

• Qualifications: GCE A/L passed.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' storekeeping experience in construction sites.
• Skills: Skilled in MS Office.
• Requirements: Good teamwork & English proficiency, male, below 30 years.

Project Manager

Role Summary

• Lead and manage engineering & construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in engineering/construction project management.
• Experience handling multiple projects from start to completion.
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Project / MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
