The Bungalow Manager is responsible for organising daily operations and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity. The role requires maintaining effective communication with the Headquarters and property ownership to enhance operational efficiency, while managing guest-related matters and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. The Bungalow Manager will evaluate hotel performance, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability regulations, and drive the achievement of sales and profitability targets through effective planning and operational management. The position also involves participating in budgeting and financial planning, allocating departmental resources, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders, and resolving issues relating to hotel services, amenities, and policies.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field considered an advantage. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of hotel management best practices, outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
