Role: Business Analyst (Banking / Insurance)

Our client, a leading Banking / Insurance company, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Location

Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze banking/insurance processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to implement solutions.
• Conduct UAT and support system implementation.
• Prepare reports and provide data-driven business insights.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking/Insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and UAT.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
