Role Summary

Morison is a Sri Lankan pharmaceutical manufacturer with over 60 years of expertise. We are seeking a candidate to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Homagama to help make premium healthcare affordable.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets while managing and growing key customer accounts.
• Provide end-to-end application support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
• Conduct customer training sessions, routine field visits, and ensure optimal product utilization.
• Identify new business opportunities, support tender activities, and contribute to business growth.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide scientific/application support to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training, and support activities.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, identify market trends, and implement actions to achieve objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in diagnostics sales, application support, or technical support is preferred.
• Experience with Roche Diagnostics platforms is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
