Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business Management (other disciplines considered).
• 1-2 years’ sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Final-year bachelor’s students are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Active user of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about international education and student support.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective students and parents about study abroad opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential students, maintaining regular communication.
• Assist students with counselling and the application process.
• Promote AEMC services and partner universities.
• Support marketing campaigns and recruitment events & fairs.
• Maintain student records and update the database.
• Coordinate with counsellors and university representatives.
• Stay updated on study abroad opportunities and visa requirements.
