Assistant Manager – Business Development (Ratnapura)

Key Responsibilities

• Handling target market.
• Revenue generation, company growth, and development of new revenue sources.
• Increasing market share and effective brand management.
• Evaluating market issues and implementing solutions to maximize business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 05 years of work experience in a reputed institution.
• Excellent written & oral communication in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
• Demonstrated skills in client services.
• Age between 30 – 40 years.

Business Development Executive (Balangoda / Monaragala)

Requirements

• Pass G.C.E. A/L with part qualification in SLIM / CIM or similar professional/academic qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business within target markets.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala / English (Tamil is an added advantage).
• Team player with dynamic professional & winning attitudes.
