Requirements / Qualifications
- Academic/professional qualification through a reputed institution such as CIM or SLIM is an added advantage
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English Considered as an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self motivated scholar with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong school and sports background is an added advantage
- Valid riding license is required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage motorcycle dealer showroom operations to maximize sales performance
- Train and develop dealer staffs to ensure effective and professional customer handling
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to drive strategic decisions
- Organize sales promotional activities and service campaigns
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom management
- Work closely with leasing companies for payment collections
- Coordinate with service & spare parts teams for seamless after-sales support
