Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Promote company products over the phone to new and existing customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support the sales and marketing team with daily operations and campaigns.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• OR School leavers with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or English.
• Friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Willing to learn and grow within the company.
