Assistant Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

Role Summary

Fletching Logistics (Pvt) Ltd is a diversified Freight Forwarder in the Supply Chain Industry. We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to contribute to our business growth and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international freight services.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and tenders for prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of clients.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM software experience is a plus.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding is preferred.
