Afisol (Pvt) Ltd is a growing software company specializing in industrial software solutions. We are looking for confident, energetic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations and follow up with clients.
• Conduct Demonstrations and Software introductions.
• Support the promotion and awareness of Afisol's software products through marketing activities.
• Visit client organisations when required to understand operations and support client engagements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Experienced Positions: Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management is required.
• Trainee Positions: Fresh graduates/diploma holders with a strong interest in sales and technology are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in B2B, software/IT, industrial, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
• Confident in English and Sinhala communication and presentations.
• Ability to work confidently with clients, management and software engineering teams.
• Basic understanding of software/technology or willingness to learn.
• Candidates residing within approximately 15km from Kottawa preferred.
