Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present monthly business development progress reports.
- Identify potential partnerships, strategic alliances, and channel development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Food Science, Business Studies, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
