Business Development Specialist

Role Summary

Pidilite Lanka (Private) Limited is looking for dynamic Business Development Executives (02 Positions) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and explain construction chemicals through presentations, demos, and trainings for professionals, applicators, contractors, and end users.
• Drive business growth of construction chemicals in assigned territories.
• Identify issues, handle complaints, and create new opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience in hardware, construction, waterproofing chemicals, or paints.
• G.C.E. A/L in Science, Mathematics, or in the Construction Technology is an added advantage.
• NVQ or similar qualifications in Civil / Construction field.
• Possess a valid riding license and motor bike.
• Ability to speak in English will be an added advantage.
• Age below 35.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
