Role Summary

Enterprise Analytics is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Colombo. This role focuses on ERP lead generation, expanding our customer base through targeted outreach, and building initial relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive cold calling and email outreach to generate and qualify new leads for ERP software solutions.
• Research and identify potential clients, assessing business needs and suitability for ERP implementation.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective leads, maintaining accurate tracking in the CRM.
• Initiate and nurture engagement with potential customers by articulating value propositions and addressing queries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead generation campaigns with broader sales goals.
• Utilize social media and content marketing (especially LinkedIn) to support lead generation and engage with industry content.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records to enable seamless handoffs and accurate performance tracking.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferably within enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or ERP ecosystems).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong command of English for professional communication with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
