Role Summary
Weathershield (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium uPVC doors and windows. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction, aluminum, or uPVC industry.
- Strong sales background with a successful track record in the relevant field.
- Well-established network of suppliers, contractors, builders, architects, and industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities & achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate between clients and factory operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct customer visits, site inspections & final measurements.
- Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on payments and collections.
- Coordinate material ordering and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.
