Role Summary

Business Development Executive

At Simplebooks, we simplify business management for owners across South Asia by offering tech plus services like company registration, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and legal support. If you have prior experience in sales or in directly engaging with clients to promote or deliver a service, this opportunity is for you.

This is a fully office-based role with no requirement to travel for client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Should be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
• Should possess negotiable and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and potential clients via phone and email.
• Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, tools and services to clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally and forward to the relevant team.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient support is provided for clients and achieve provided targets.
