Key Responsibilities

• Actively seeking new potential clients by planning and executing new sales campaigns.
• Managing the sales pipeline.
• Create and present weekly, monthly and annual sales reports.
• Methodical follow-ups with clients.
• Meeting sales targets within the given period of time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a BPO call center or a similar telemarketing role will be a definite advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill with a target-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated proactive personality and ability to work with a young dynamic team.
• Candidates need to be within Kaduwela and suburbs.
• Age below 35 years.
• A professional qualification in Sales and Marketing (or a related field).
