Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Summary

CareCloud Colombo (Pvt) Ltd is seeking motivated and intelligent individuals to join their team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This role requires candidates who are quick learners with excellent communication and time management capabilities to deliver accurate results within specific timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including specialized ad hoc requests.
• Examine data patterns to offer practical business insights.
• Build and manage analytics solutions, data collection frameworks, and databases.
• Enhance business processes and data integrity.
• Work alongside management to fulfill information requirements and identify automation potential.
• Monitor and report on essential KPIs through data visualization and dashboards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science, Physical Science, or BIT.
• Practical experience in a data or business intelligence analyst role.
• Proficiency in statistical tools including Excel, Power BI, and SPSS.
• Familiarity with relational databases like SQL or MS Access.
• High level of numerical aptitude and a meticulous approach to organizing and analyzing large datasets.
