Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Summary

To strengthen the Finance function by recruiting an analytical professional to provide management information, business analysis, manufacturing performance evaluations, financial modelling, and decision support beyond traditional accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports
• Analyse manufacturing costs, profitability, and business performance
• Prepare business evaluations, financial analyses, and feasibility studies
• Provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance
• Support management with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel
• Exposure to ERP systems and management reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interest in manufacturing, business analysis, and strategic decision support
• At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/business environment
• Part qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field will be an added advantage
