Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse business data
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and supporting statistical tasks
• Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports and data models
• Maintain clear technical documentation for BI solutions, data flows, and processes
• Assist with project management activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and coordinating with team members
• Use GitHub or Azure DevOps for version control of scripts, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing data
• Basic to intermediate Python programming skills
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools
• Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of statistics
• Good attention to detail, particularly in data validation and quality assurance tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines in a project-based environment
• Understanding of data modelling or ETL concepts will be an added advantage
• Prior academic or personal projects involving dashboards, data analysis, or automation will be an added advantage
