MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and create user guides when required.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.

WHAT YOU BRING?

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, pursuing a professional qualification such as CIMA, CA, or CIM would be an added advantage.
