Executive - Business Solutions (Transaction Banking)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management or marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Flexibility in work hours and a willingness to travel to visit customers.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the payments & cash management product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying corporate, business banking, and branch banking customers with iconnect requirements within a given portfolio.
• Closing deals with a given estimated business value (EBV) target and negotiating with customers to achieve successful closures.
• Formulating proposals and presenting the bank's product/service offerings to corporate customers with iconnect needs.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships for organic growth and ensuring smooth handover to the customer servicing team.
• Conducting presentations to internal stakeholders to promote DFCC’s iconnect capabilities and generate sales opportunities.
