Role Summary

Pitch Capital (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in residential, commercial, and tourism land development across Sri Lanka. We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate overall business performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, dashboards, and presentations for the Managing Director.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and investment evaluation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Develop business insights through data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational effectiveness.
• Conduct research, feasibility assessments, and business case evaluations for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Managerial Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA, MSc, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are a distinct advantage.
• Age between 23 – 30 years.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
