Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Project Management exposure/experience.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling software/system implementation projects is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 will be an added advantage.
