I. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the poultry field.
- Age must be above 22 years.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills to maintain strong relationships with Buy Back farmers.
- Ability to work in challenging conditions.
- A valid motorbike license is a must, and a light vehicle license is an added advantage.
- Exposure to basic technical knowledge in poultry.
- Good communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.
