Female Cafe Manager

The organization

We are looking for a FEMALE Café Manager for Daily Shift. We currently have 3 branches in and out of Colombo and is growing rapidly.

Requirements

• Minimum over 5 years of leadership experience in similar capacity.
• Good communication skills both in Sinhala and English.
• Age between 30-50.
• Preferably areas from Malabe & Rajagiriya.

Salary/Benefits

Salary negotiable. Attractive remuneration and other fringe benefits will be available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly across outlets.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
• Greeting and advising customers.
• Problem solving.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
• Keeping statistical and financial records.
• Assessing and improving profitability.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the outlets.
